Crazy that 2024 begins tomorrow.

Time is weird.

I have this creeping suspicion that you’re motivated to do better + improve your life this year.

I’m happy for you because the potential is exciting and I’m also grateful because I love me some people who work to improve themselves and their life experiences.

We get one shot, after all.

I’m in the same boat and I have this fluttering hope in my heart that 2024 is going to be a game-changing year.

Years ago I operated from an understanding that I create my reality by how I think and feel and then, after having kids, I fell off the wagon.

Whoops.

BUT I’m back baby and with this renewed sense of responsibility for the quality of my life, I AM PUMPED to make 2024 just that…
